Sande i Vestfold in Norway, 23rd. of March 2023 - Pump specialist PG Flow Solutions has acquired a substantial stake in the Norwegian dewatering specialist company Lange Lyche Teknisk AS (LLT), a European provider of cost saving dewatering solutions for the Wastewater, Biogas, Pulp and Paper industries.

Originally founded back in 1931 by the family Lange Lyche. LLT has not only been promoting well-known machines and world leading manufacturers to the Scandinavian market, but also through the international network provided in-depth process and product know-how. The goal has always been to offer expert guidance to decision takers in the Wastewater, Biogas, Pulp and Paper industries.

In 2017 LLT entered into a European distribution agreement with Fournier Industries Inc., Canada, offering a game changing dewatering technology for a wide variety of municipal and industrial slurries. In few years LLT made a breakthrough in the market in Scandinavia and several European countries with already excellent installations for future market development. The Rotary Press technology provides cost effective, modular, and scalable solution for handling slurry and biomass. The technology provides solutions for solving energy and water saving requirements of the future.

PG Flow Solutions sees a great potential in the dewatering and biomass market as well as synergies to the current flow solutions and product which we offer to a world-wide market.

“We are very grateful for this opportunity to expand our range of activity and look forward to working closely with Lange Lyche Teknisk and Fournier Inc. in years to come” says Roy Rødningen, Managing Director of PG Flow Solutions.
